Who handles your inquiry

Buy From Bolivar is the personal sales website of Brandon “Bolivar” Mejia, a sales professional at Bolivar Ford. Vehicles are sold by the dealership. This notice describes information collected through this website.

What you share

When you submit an inquiry, we collect your name, phone number, optional email, vehicle interest, purchase timeframe, trade-in response, message, and your contact consent. We also record the submission time, the page you used, and available referral or campaign information. Essential session storage helps keep the original inquiry source as you browse. Please use the dealership’s approved process for credit applications and financial documents.

How it is used

Your information is used to respond to your request, discuss vehicles, coordinate a visit, and follow up about your shopping needs. Relevant information may be shared with Bolivar Ford or other Golden Circle Auto Group staff when needed to help with your request. Website hosting and database providers process information needed to operate the site. Your inquiry information is not sold through this website.

Storage and access

Inquiries are stored in a database with access restricted to the website owner. We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, maintain business records, and meet applicable obligations. Limited, short-lived request identifiers are used to reduce spam.

Your choices

You can ask to review, correct, or delete information you submitted, or ask for follow-up to stop, by emailing brandonb.mejia24@gmail.com. Applicable recordkeeping requirements may affect deletion. Consent to contact is not a condition of purchasing a vehicle.
